RPF Constable Answer Key 2025 Released: What’s Inside, Important Dates, and the Objection Drill
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) finally put the long-awaited RPF Constable Answer Key 2025 up on March 24. Thousands of candidates who sat through the Computer-Based Test (CBT) between March 2 and March 18 have been on edge, wanting a peek at their results. This answer key is the first big step, letting everyone check their responses and figure out their likely scores—weeks before the final marks are actually out.
To get the answer key, candidates just need their registration number and password. No need to fumble around—the official RRB portal (rrbcdg.gov.in) has everything lined up. From there, it’s a matter of downloading both the answer key and your personal response sheet. This makes it easier for folks to double-check, spot any mismarks, and tally up raw scores to see how they might fare when the final merit list comes out.
This year, the stakes are high. With 4,208 Constable slots open, competition is fierce. The recruitment process is running across the country and will only get tougher moving forward. After this CBT, candidates still have to pass a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and then a Physical Measurement Test (PMT). The pressure’s not letting up anytime soon.

Objection Window: Get Your Voice Heard
For those who find inconsistencies in the answer key—maybe a question scored too harshly or a correct answer marked wrong—the RRB has set up an objection window. This opened along with the answer key release and runs until March 29. Speed is key here; objections sent after this date are basically ignored.
But it’s not about just pointing out mistakes. If you raise an objection, you need to back it up. That means attaching valid proof—online references, proper textbooks, or authority-approved documents. Those without proof or just arguing for the sake of it won’t sway the final decision. RRB reviews every genuine case, makes corrections, and then brings out the final answer key. Only then does the real scoreboard become clear, setting the tone for who makes it to the next round.
- Exam Period: March 2–18, 2025
- Answer Key Release: March 24, 2025
- Objection Submission: March 24–29, 2025
- Next Steps: PET and PMT after declaration of results
- Final Result Announcement: Expected May 2025
After objections are dealt with, RRB plans to publish the corrected answer key, followed by the final merit list. Candidates who score well will progress to the PET and PMT. If you’re waiting for updates, it’s a smart move to keep checking the RRB website—dates for the next stages, admit cards, and important announcements drop there first, usually with little notice.
